55. Local anesthesia in elastic gluteoplasty The buttock can be compacted and lifted under local anesthesia with Elasticum EP5 Korpo elastic threads. |

The patient has a drooping nose tip, a noticeable cartilaginous hump, and an anterior septal deviation. We remove the cartilaginous hump. Elastic rhinoplasty is performed. Near the procerus to improve the fixing of the elastic thread, we cross the deep tissues and of the nasal spine. From here the two-tipped needle comes out of the small entrance incision. Today we no longer perform the access with a micro-blade, we prefer to access it with a simple 16 G or 18 G needle, which does not leave scars. The anterior septum is now corrected. |

57. Lifting of marionet's wrinkles with 2 or 4 elastic sutures and removal of the pre-auricular skin Marionette wrinkles can be corrected by exerting oblique traction by means of the elastic thread mounted on the atraumatic two-tipped needle. An elastic thread is now implanted to exert traction perpendicularly to the marionette wrinkles. |

58. Lifting of marionette’s wrinkles with 4 elastic sutures and removal of the pre-auricular skin In more ptotic faces, the elastic lifting of the marionette’s wrinkles is done through an 8 mm incision behind both lobes. In this case, two isosceles triangles are implanted. The marionette elastic wrinkle lifting is usually performed after the elastic MACS lift or the elastic cheek lift. The preauricular skin is in excess, it is removed. During the procedure, elastic lifting of the neck with one elastic thread or elastic lifting of the neck with three elastic threads and four safety pins can be carried out through the same incisions behind the earlobes. This procedure is particularly indicated in patients with very aged neck skin. As is known, the skin of the neck is not dissected; the tissues are simply repositioned. This new lifting reduces the vertical wrinkles and the low horizontal wrinkles of the neck without causing unnecessary trophic damage to the tissues. |

59. Elastic lifting of the lower lip This patient asked us to correct the detachment and drooping of her lower lip, the outcome of maxillofacial surgery performed years earlier to reduce the length of her face. During the maxillofacial operation, her chin was reduced and reinforced with a metallic plate, which caused the tissues of the chin to lose their adherence. This loss of adherence caused the lip to sag and droop. This can easily be corrected by implanting an elastic thread (Elasticum EP4), to suspend the lower lip to the two fasciae of Loré. |

10. Phlebotherapy of telangiectasias and micro-telangiectasias with the two-syringe technique TRAP, Three-dimensional Regenerative Ambulatory Phlebotherapy, it is the only rational cure for varicose disease, the most frequent disease on the planet. The regenerative solution, 3% sodium salicylate is injected into the superficial circulation and reaches the deep veins. This solution strengthens and narrows the most dilated and dilatable veins, restoring their continence. TRAP treats hemodynamic hypertension. As the venous circulation in the lower limbs is three-dimensional, the treatment must be three-dimensional. By contrast, sclerotherapy and phlebectomy are two-dimensional and are therefore not suitable for treating the venous circulation in the lower limbs. The video describes the technique for safely injecting the telangiectasias and microtelangiectasias residing from the TRAP sessions with a 20 ml syringe and 25G needle. |

Elastic Plastic Surgery revolutionizes Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery.
The numerous applications of Elastic Plastic Surgery range from large scar revision to Face-lifting, MACS lift, Neck lift, Gluteoplasty, Mastopexy, etc. Elastic Plastic Surgery, requires little or no dissection and is of lasting efficacy.
Three-dimensional Regenerative Ambulatory Phlebotherapy is a new functional and aesthetic treatment for varicose disease that revolutionizes current phlebological therapies. TRAP is able to resolve any case of varicose veins and/or telangiectasias of the lower limbs.
Adipofilling is a new inexpensive method of preparing and transferring adipose tissue. The suspension of adipocytes and stromal cells can be injected by an ordinary syringe needle in order to correct both deep and extremely superficial volume deficits. The results are free from artifacts and stable over time. Another very important application is in Regenerative Medicine.
The lobular fragments and cellular suspension produced by the Adipopimer have the characteristic of not freezing at 21°C, and can be stored in 1ml or 2.5ml syringes to be injected in the following months.
Timedsurgery enables over 70 standardized innovative techniques to be performed,eg: slow pulsed cutting, Electroporo Cosmesis, pulsed timedsurgical de-epithelialisation, mixed timedsurgical peeling, removal of lip wrinkles, elimination of skin hyperpigmentations, re-pigmentation of stable vitiligo, Adipolysis, Blephaplasty without skin incisions, etc...
